Sleeping loft with mattresses. Low clearance.

Franklin wood stove.
Oak dining table with four chairs.
Small TV with DVD/VCR player (no cable or TV reception).
Small stereo speakers for iPod and other devices.
CD/tape player.

Bathroom:
Sink.
Toilet.
Shower.
Clothes storage.

Kitchen:
Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, double sink, pots, pans china, silverware, kitchen essentials. Guests welcome to use condiments and cooking basics. (No dishwasher, clothes washer or dryer.)

Sun deck:
Large.
Wind-sheltered.
Benches and chairs.

House rules:
Capacity: two adults, plus children.
Two-night minimum.
No pets.
Guests bring own linens and towels.
Sleeping bags, pillows, blankets furnished.
Guests vacuum, wash dishes, clean up, etc.
Guests turn on hot water at electric panel when arriving and turn off when leaving.
Subject to rules of the residential development, which are provided.
